    Roles

Does every agent have a clear job, the way every person does?

We can list the AI agents and tools our teams use, and what each one is for.
Each agent has a written job description: its scope, its handoffs, and who reviews its work.
We have redesigned at least one workflow around agents, instead of adding AI to individual tasks.
    02

    Trust

Do people trust the system, and does the system deserve it?

Leaders know how employees actually use AI, including tools the company didn't provide.
Each agent can reach only the data and systems its role needs, and someone decided that on purpose.
People can say they don't trust an AI output, and nothing bad happens to them for saying it.
    03

    Human judgment

Are people leading the agents, or riding along?

We have named the decisions that always stay with a person, such as hiring, exits, pay and strategy.
Managers know how to brief, review and correct an agent, the way they coach a person.
Employees have heard clearly what AI means for their jobs.

    Measurement

Can you show what AI gives back, and where it goes?

We track hours or outcomes that AI gives back, deliverable by deliverable.
We have decided on purpose what happens to time AI frees up: growth, quality or capacity.
We can name one AI pilot that produced a measurable business result.
